Italian supercar manufacturer Ferrari revealed new 458 Spider just before model debut in September at the Frankfurt Motor Show 2011.
Propulsion new Ferrari 458 Spider is provided by a naturally aspirated V8 engine of 4.5 liters, the same engine that equips the model with rigid type hard top roof.
Also, 2012 Ferrari 458 Spider uses dual clutch transmission and the same as model F1 458 Italy, but according to the company car, the convertible received a number of optimizations to ensure maximum comfort when the roof is convertible.
The ceiling of the new Ferrari 458 Spider used is 25% lighter than a traditional soft top roof, which is made of aluminum, and opens / closes in just 14 seconds. The rear of the car was modified to provide optimum air circulation and wind deflector offers a power folding and can act up to 200 km / h.
